Starting as an ‘all-in’ endeavor, Tacos El Gordo blossomed from Francisco and Julia Ostos taking a chance on themselves, changing careers, buying a food truck, and learning how to make some of the best Mexican food in Lancaster County. Starting in 2021 Francisco bought a food truck from a friend and gave it some much needed repairs and a fresh coat of paint. After years of hard work, learning to love cooking, and finding joy in interaction with their customers, Tacos El Gordo now has three locations and is one of Lancaster County’s most beloved Mexican food establishments.
